because of COVID-19, we have decided to transform the physical meeting in Bologna in a web conference via zoom. You just need to open the link (below) with a web browser and you are connected after some time.

I also kindly ask you to use a phone for the audio, in order to improve the connection. You find the zoom link and some phone numbers at the end of this email.

We have also rescheduled the timings of the meeting, reducing the overall time.
